Registration: 7:30–8 a.m.
Workshop: 8 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
The importance of effective negotiation in today’s competitive marketplace is so critical that the success of many businesses rides on the fortunes of both formal and informal negotiations. Yet how many of us fully understand the negotiation process? More importantly, how many of us feel prepared to successfully handle the negotiations we take part in?

Ethical Decision Making for Insurance Professionals
Registration: 12:30–1 p.m.
